Accountable CM has been serving Western Washington since 1998, originally as Blind Cleaners Northwest. We rebranded as Accountable Custodial & Maintenance, Inc. in 2008 and have been providing commercial cleaning and maintenance services for over 25 years.

Yes. Government contracts make up approximately 40% of our business. We have extensive experience serving federal, state, and local government facilities, K–12 schools, medical facilities, construction sites, and apartment complexes. We are DBE and MBE certified and hold DUNS number 829639603 and CAGE code 5H4AO, making us well-equipped for government contracting requirements.

Yes. Our window washing technicians are SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) certified at level 1 for rope access, and we are certified in lift operation and flagging. We clean windows on commercial buildings up to 15 stories using ground-level, lift, and high-rise methods.

Yes. Accountable CM is committed to environmentally responsible cleaning. We use EPA Safer Choice certified products that contain no chlorine, phosphates, or artificial additives. Our team uses microfiber tools, HEPA vacuums, concentrated and bio-based solutions, and low-VOC products. We conduct monthly green cleaning training for all staff and perform regular environmental audits.

Absolutely. All carpet and upholstery cleaning is performed using EPA Safer Choice certified, family- and pet-safe solutions. Our process removes dirt, allergens, and stains without harsh chemicals, making it ideal for schools, medical facilities, and any environment where occupant safety is a priority.

Both. Approximately 80% of our work is recurring contracts, and 20% is one-time service. We offer flexible janitorial schedules (daily, weekly, or bi-weekly), recurring seasonal services, and one-time specialty jobs such as construction final cleaning, move-out cleaning, or post-event pressure washing.

Our field staff hold certifications in lift operation, CPR, SPRAT rope access (level 1), and flagger training. All employees complete a 90-day onboarding program and receive ongoing monthly safety and green cleaning training.

Yes. Construction final cleaning is one of our core services. We work directly with general contractors and project managers to clean and prepare new construction and renovation sites for occupancy. Our crews are experienced on commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects throughout the Puget Sound region.
