Complete janitorial cleaning of the interior and exterior of your building. Janitorial contracts include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, surface disinfecting, glass cleaning, supply replenishing, rubbish pickup, and more!
Supplemental janitorial services are periodic cleaning duties that include interior and exterior window washing, floor services, HVAC & air duct cleaning, dust remediation, pressure washing, & COVID disinfecting. These services are most often scheduled on a yearly, twice yearly, or as needed basis.
Technicians certified in aerial- and boom-lift operations, exterior window washing up to 6 stories high. Our SPRAT Certified Window Washers will rappel to clean up to 15 stories from a bosun’s chair. Whether residential or commercial, janitorial or post construction, our trained technicians provide remarkable interior and exterior window washing to fit anyone’s needs and budget.

Our pressure washing technicians are certified in aerial- and boom lift operations to provide building wide pressure washing services. From exterior building walls, to patios, parking garages, sidewalks, and more, our trained technicians remove buildup of dirt, moss, etc to leave your space looking new and clean.
With over 25 years of experience in installing window coverings, such as blinds, drapes, & tinting, Accountable technicians are trained to measure, alter, install, and repair various types of window coverings.
We use strictly environmentally friendly soaps, chemicals, and methods including the soaps and chemicals used in our carpet cleaning services. Our green cleaning products have DO NOT contain chlorine, phosphates, artificial additives, and they come in recyclable packaging. When able, we use natural cleaners such as vinegar and baking soda. We take pride in reducing waste by reusing and recycling.
